Subprocessors

Providers that may process personal data to operate CortexLex, subject to production contract and configuration.

OVHcloud

Purpose: VPS, production networking, operational backups and contracted infrastructure services required to operate CortexLex. Location: region or regions stated in the service order.

Cloudflare R2

Purpose: private S3-compatible storage for documents, firm-site assets, file backups and application objects. Location and configuration depend on the contracted bucket.

Payment provider

Purpose: secure checkout, monthly or annual subscriptions, payment management, status webhooks and refunds. CortexLex stores operational references, not full card details.

Resend

Purpose: transactional email for invitations, account recovery, security notices and operational confirmations. Region, sender domain and applicable safeguards are documented in the production order or technical annex.

Google

Optional purpose: Google Calendar synchronization when Customer connects its own account. Applies only to enabled integrations and remains subject to Google terms.

Changes and objection

Material changes are published and notified under the DPA before a new provider processes data. Customer may exercise applicable contractual rights.
